The adidas store
has a coupon for $15 off of a $45 purchase. If you haven't
been there yet, thestore.adidas.com is the official online adidas store. You
can buy all of adidas' current products directly from them there.
The coupon code is #OLYMBD4299 and the expiration date is unknown.

The August 2000 issues of Popular
Science and
Popular Mechanics both have
articles discussing the new technology adidas has developed for the 2000
Olympics. The technology is called the Z spike. The spike is shaped like
the letter 'Z' and is designed to not penetrate the running surface. This
is supposed to give the runner a bit of spring in their stride.
The Popular Science article doesn't seem to be online, but the
Popular Mechanics article is!
Look for lots of athletes to be sporting adidas products in this year's games in Sydney.

Welcome to sadida.com! This site used to be called ryno's adidas page.
I took a poll a while back and you guys overwhelmingly voted for me to keep
this site online. So, I did. I plan to continue to expand this site and
make it worth your visit. Please excuse any mess I create as I try to move this
site to the new server. I don't think you should experience any problems, but if
you do, send me an email and I'll see what I can do.
I have some big things planned. Keep checking back as I post contests, new reviews, new pics,
a screen saver or two, and the ever-popular wallpaper of the month.
Thank you again for visiting my site.

The shoes include:

Will you be one of the lucky people to snag a pair of any of these?

I got the following question today. It asks about a video that I
don't know about. Perhaps someone out there can identify the video and the
shoes in question.
hi,
i'm looking for a site about the adidas shoe that's very in now.
Some guy weares it in the laundry salon in the new billy piper video
clip day and night. I wonder if you would now where i could find a
site about them
If you know the shoe,
send me an email.

I get a lot of email from you guys requesting information for school reports.
I've never had any good information for this sort of thing, but I now know
someone who does. Head over to Larry's adidas page. His site has a lot of good content.
Definitely worth a visit.

adidas.com has a new ad up for Kobe Bryant's new shoe. They say
"the story continues 11.3.2000" and I am guessing that is the release date. You can see a few
pics (Thanks Dean) of the shoe on my Kobe page.

The badlander is one of adidas' newest trail/hiking shoes. I have owned
adidas hiking boots in the past and they were very comfortable.
I haven't found anyone who sells these yet, so if you know of an online source,
or a large shoe store chain,
let me know.

In December, adidas will re-release the
micropacer
[2].
The micropacer debuted in 1984, but has been brought back
for the year 2K. It contains electronics in one shoe to
track distance, time your run, and let you know what day it is.
I found it odd that the clock is only good until the end of the
year 2009. Only 600 individually numbered shoes will be released.
Check out the official www.micropacer.com
for more info.
This is the second pair of shoes to be released in limited production
numbers recently. Only 333 pairs of the all silver EQT Predator Precision
soccer shoe are being sold.
Is this the next thing?
I would love to get a pair of these shoes. If you know where I can
get a pair, send me an email.
Thanks to Dean for the pics
